The FBI and Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation are seeking a man accused of having done drug business with an illegal immigrant with “probable” ties to a Mexican cartel.
Collie Judson Warren, 49 of Ethete, Wyoming, was implicated as the recipient of a red box containing about two pounds of methamphetamine, during law enforcement’s recent arrest of Oscar Espinoza Duarte. Espinoza Duarte is Mexican national who is reportedly in the country illegally and has what the FBI calls  “probable” ties to a drug cartel.
He's in federal custody on a charge of meth distribution.Â
Meanwhile, Warren is wanted on a federal warrant for meth distribution. He stands 5-foot-10 and weighs 245 pounds, according to an FBI statement released Friday.
“He is thought to be somewhere on the Wind River Indian Reservation, and he is possibly armed and could be dangerous,” says the statement. “He might be driving a 1993 white Ford pickup truck.”
Anyone with information about Collie Warren is asked to contact the Bureau of Indian Affairs’ central Wyoming station, which is the Wind River Police Department, at 307-332-6880 or the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office at 307-332-5611.

In The Red Box
Espinoza Duarte was charged Feb. 20, and his case became public after he appeared in federal court Thursday. The FBI confirmed that he’s believed to be in the country illegally.
Court documents allege that on Feb. 6, Warren visited Espinoza Duarte at a home near Kinnear, collected a red box, and traveled toward Ethete on the Wind River Indian Reservation.
Agents say they discovered about two pounds of meth in the red box after stopping a driver who’d been giving Warren a ride, according to the evidentiary affidavit in Espinoza Duarte’s case.
