It’s Thursday, February 23rd – and very cold temperatures are found across the state in the wake of the system that brought widespread snow. Lows this morning will bottom out below negative 20 for many locations east of the Continental Divide, although temperatures will moderate a bit this afternoon. Travel is still hampered by the snowstorm, with I-25 closed from Cheyenne to Buffalo, and I-80 mostly closed across the entire state, as well as many state highways in the central and southeast part of Wyoming.
